I did NOT sleep well...I really don't know what my problem was...I tossed and turned and the last time I looked at my watch it was almost midnight!!...If you know me, you know thats like 3 hrs past my bedtime (haha)...And I woke up constantly during the night....So at 6:30 AM when I hear "Mommy--hehehe" and then "Kresee---hush!!!"...."Mooooommmy!!!"...."Kresee---beeee quiet!!" And not a minute after that here comes Kerry with this tray of food....They brought me breakfast in bed....I was soooo not into it!!...I looked at my watch and thought it's freaking 6:30, but my mood quickly changed because I could clearly see how excited these kids were to be surprising me...AND it was my first breakfast in bed ever!!
Daddy did a great job making eggs and toast....Here is Kresee ready to dig in...She LOVES eggs....
Kohen knew about it the night before and was super pumped...Kerry went in to get him and he jumped right up ready to go!
So we (they) ate breakfast...I managed to eat a few bites but again wasn't really quite ready to eat breakfast....On Monday my sister took Kohen to Finishing Touch to pick out a gift for me...Leslie said he loved it and really put a lot of thought into everything...She kept reminding him that the gift was for mommy....He assurred her that I would just love to have this....My own OU football sooner football player that plays music (haha)....
But he was sweet to pick out this ceramic jewelry box type thing and loved that it had a candle for me because it was my bday.....Kresee was a bit obsessed...And the candle lights up and you can blow it out...They thought that was great:)
She didn't want to let go of it...I kept telling her its breakable..."bay-ba-ball" was what she would repeat to me....
But I did "let" Kerry take both kids to their destination...I laid in bed until about 9:00 but never went back to sleep...Hit the gym for a morning Zumba class---something I was excited about because I only get to do the morning classes during the summer...Then I did get a 3 mile run in on the treadmill...I knew I needed to work off Olive Garden the night before and my dinner for tonight:)

Then we dropped the kids off later on at Kerry's parents so we could go and eat at one of our favorite spots--Sakura....Sadly, we were through in like 50 minutes and wished we had some errands to run, but we didn't....We went back to get the kids and Kohen says "what are you doing here!!--you aren't supposed to be back yet!!"...But we let them both take a bath over there which made them happy campers....
I asked for a few pictures to document my 31st birthday with my family:).....

Kerry's mom did get me a strawberry cheesecake and so we all pigged out on that after dinner...Kohen wanted to know where all my candles were....
Thanks Kerry, Kohen and Kresee for making my birthday a special one....I can say it's one I won't forget for sure!....Turning 30 has definitely been good so I'm thinking 31 will be even better:)
