FIRST Goal!!!

Kohen's team played the Pirates today....He has been doing such a great job at defending that he never really attempts to score any goals...He did so well today and scored his FIRST goal of the season...This is him right afterwards!!
He then proceeded to get some other really close calls and helped the other team by scoring 2 for them...In his defense, he was trying to stop and clear the ball out but it just didn't happen....They still won and we were so proud of him:)
They play again tomorrow and I'm hoping he has another great game!

SLP Costume Parade

Kohen had his preschool costume parade on Monday night...It's so cute getting to see all his friends and other kiddos in their costumes:)...Then we have a picnic at the playground with everyone...Just a beautiful evening!
My sweet fireman:)

Reid and Kohen....They are great buddies:)
The kids were wrestling in the grass at the end...Kresee thought it was hilarious....

Healthsouth Halloween

My mom's work (HealthSouth) always does something for the kiddos for Halloween every year...They give candy to the patients and let the kids trick-or-treat from room to room...Kohen has gone every year (I think except for last year b/c of all the swine flu stuff going around)...And this was Kresee's first time going....She loves dressing up in her costume so she didn't mind doing that at all...

My crazy mom had been in Houston all week with Mike for his appointments....They seriously just landed in Wichita Falls, she hops in the car to drive home and we were at her house waiting for her to get home, and off we went...I don't know how she wasn't exhausted...But anything for my kiddos...She's amazing....
Kohen was a pro...He walked right in and knew what he was doing....
And Kresee was thoroughly confused...It didn't take long before she realized you get candy....And then she was digging her hands in their sack and grabbing her own...Greedy little thing:)...But she will be ready to go on Hallween night now....

They had really cute pumpkins on display...I thought Woody from Toy Story was super cute

And Kresee did NOT want her picture taken...She was too busy walking and looking around...But mom somehow got a picture where she was actually smiling:)

More Chick Pics

Just some more pics of the Bannie Chickens...They are getting closer to leaving us as they are getting bigger everyday...They have officially moved into the garage this past week...Kerry had to go and purchase a bigger bin...I think they like it out there and its allowing them to get more acclimated to outside temperatures eventhough the garage stays pretty warm most of the time...We have been letting them out in the front more to run around in the evenings...But they don't do much running around...They like to fly a bit towards you or at each other...Really they just stay where you are...If I move, here they come...I have to say they are the grossest little animals since they poo non-stop, but I have really enjoyed the chicks:)

Pumpkin Carving

My mom came over on Saturday since she had been gone all week in Houston with Mike...We waited on her to carve Kohen's pumpkin....I don't care to do it, so I'm glad its something she enjoys doing with the kids....

Kohen scooped out all the good stuff and Kresee was a great helper too...Kohen made me clean it all up to cook the seeds....Has he even tried one pumpkin seed----Nooooooooooo.....I threw them away today since they have sat on my kitchen counter for an entire week...

Kresee didn't carve hers---we did some stick on tatoos on that turned out cute...
Kohen's finished Jack-O-Lantern....

Kohen wanted to tatoo the other side of Kresee's pumpkin....

I love how leery she is to see what's inside Kohen's pumpkin....
Sadly, Kohen's pumpkin only lasted from Saturday until Tuesday and then it went in the trash on Thursday...It was so moldy and covered in gnats...Kresee kept saying "shoooweeey putin" everytime we talked about pumpkins...We will carve another one closer to Halloween so he has one when we Trick-or-Treat on Sunday...

Coyote Pics

I haven't posted any pics from the Coyote football games in awhile...So here we go...It was chilly last week so we finally got to pull out his cute new long-sleeve shirt!

It was senior night last week so Kohen got to help pass out roses on the field....

Kresee doing who knows what while the others passed out the roses....

Haunted House

Kohen has been a complete nightmare in the mornings...It got so bad that I finally started a sticker chart with him....He chose 8 stickers...So if he was good in the morning (i.e. not throw a huge fit to get dressed, take his meds, brush his teeth, etc) then he could get a sticker....And he was rewarded if he got 8....So this was his first prize--The Haunted House...
Kerry and I were at the OU-TX game so Grammie had the privilege of helping Kohen decorate this thing:)

Little Bike

My dad and Sallye brought Kresee this little bike to sit on and push herself around...She thinks its pretty great...Of course Kohen does too and he's way too big for it!
