Premiere Lake Property

We headed up to Sulphur, OK for a weekend of family fun at Premiere Lake Property. My sister planned this trip and it was such a great idea. 24 of us rented out 3 cabins on this small private lake and we basically had it all to ourselves. It was amazing weather and the kids had an absolute blast. We got there Friday afternoon and Kresee fished and fished but didn't catch anything. She was determined though and ended up with 7 fish on Saturday. Kohen fished some but enjoyed kayaking by himself and riding in the canoe a lot.

Nana enjoying the hammock. Kerry and I laid in it a lot as well.

We hope to make this a yearly trip. Either here or somewhere with similar things to do.

LAST Day of 2nd Grade

Well this week was a hard one for this guy. Going to June 6th is just wrong. Haha. But he survived and I can't believe my baby boy is going to be a 3rd grader. I always knew I didn't want Kresee going to KG because that meant Kohen would be in 3rd grade:( Just sounds so old. He lost his first two teeth right before school started and didn't lose anymore the whole year! He definitely has grown taller but maybe only gained 2 lbs the whole year. He has improved so much in all his sports in a year's time. And he made straight A's again all school year and I'm so proud of him being the top reader in his class for the 2nd year in a row. I know he will continue to do great things in 3rd grade.
Last day picture with both kids. Kohen was excited it was free dress day (they don't get many of those) and had to wear his Kevin Durant shirt. Kresee was out of school already and got to spend the day at a friend's house!

Last Tball Game

Tonight was Kresee's last tball game for the Astros. She had an absolute blast and loves tball. She can't wait for the Fall. She did really well and does a good job hitting and fielding the ball. Kohen really loved being a 'coach' whether he was out on the field helping or coaching 3rd base.
Luckily, I got to help out in the dugout. I can't not be helping in some capacity so the dugout is where I like to be.
Kerry got to coach some too when the head coach had other games he was coaching. He too enjoys  helping out as much as possible.

This was a sweet group of kids. I'm glad I decided to let her go ahead and play vs waiting another whole season because she truly loved every minute of it.
