We got out the tree the Saturday after Thanksgiving....We do all of this Thanksgiving weekend every year since Kerry is off work and it takes 2 of us to lug this big thing down....But we made the kids wait to decorate it Sunday morning since it was so late Saturday night after we got it up....They didn't mind, but wanted a few pics in front of it....
Kohen wanted me to take a picture of him under the tree...weird kid...
The one ornament we did let the kids hang was Sage's ornament....My mom bought Biskit one when she died and she brought this one over to us to remember Sage...This will be a hard Christmas knowing she's not with us....She's been around for so many that it will be sad....We hung Biskit's right next to hers...
The next morning we got up and decorated the tree....Kresee only broke one ornament and cried b/c she was so upset...We had to tell her over and over again that it was fine--stuff happens...Kohen didn't break one this year:).... We had to follow behind her and move the ones she hung b/c she liked hanging everything on the same branch....
Kohen always put the star on the tree...He got up to this point of the ladder and decided he was scared of heights--haha....
So Kerry had to do it:)
I do actually have few presents wrapped and under the tree already....
