Well she finally got her first tooth and the second is not far behind.....So she continues too gnaw on her fingers and hands constantly....
She loves this guy and thinks he is super funny no matter what he does....He is a great big brother...And eventhough he hasn't been too fond of her crawling and her getting into all his things, he still puts up with her and tells her all the time how much he loves her....
Hunter is running by behind her....She LOVES the dogs....I think one of her first words might be puppy....She does say dada and bye-bye the most, but has thrown in a few mama's when she wants me to hold her....
She just continues to be such a happy baby....She is starting to throw little temper tantrums...Mainly when I sit her on the floor and she wants to be held...She stiffens up and won't sit...So I just lay her down and she flops on her back and throws a little fit...Pretty funny...She is into everything and we have started to say "No" or her name to get her to leave the outlets alone or other things...She has already smashed her little fingers at least 3 times in drawers...She pulls up on everything and has given her forehead some good smacks when she falls down.....
If she could have a sock or a shirt or any clothing item in her mouth at all times she would be perfectly happy....I don't know what it is about those things, but man she loves to suck on them....
She is still a great sleeper...She goes to bed at 8:00 and I wake her up at 7:00 on workdays...On the weekend she usually makes it to 8:00 or a little after....She is eating good...She loves bread, tortillas, pizza crust...Really any bread product....And she has started eating some other solids like cheese and yogurts and diced veggies and fruits...She doesn't love baby food, but will eat it...Her absolute favorites are peas and green beans....She has stood a few times on her own but is really scared to attempt it....The times she did it was by accident...She crawls and sticks her butt up in the air like she is going to stand up but I tell her that won't be happening anytime soon:)....She loves to clap and pat her legs...You can say pat or clap and she will do it...She plays peek-a-boo....She loves to wave hi or bye to you....I have started teaching her the sign for "more" and "all done" so that she starts using those at the dinner table.....She can give you high-fives.....She is still a short napper...Only takes about 2 naps a day--sometimes she throws in a late afternoon one...We are lucky if she makes it to an hour...Sometimes they are only 30-45 minutes....But she wakes up in the best moods so I guess that is all she needs......
