1st Coyote Soccer Game

The bad part about being the soccer coach is that I don't get to take great pictures...Or any for that matter...So I pulled out the camera before the game to snap a few of the boys...I need to just remember to take it every game!!

Noah and Sam
 Kohen
 Kole
After the game....The boys beat the Xtreme 2-0...I was worried on how we would do the 1st game...We moved up so the fields are much bigger...We now have a goalie and we now do throw-ins...Goal kicks are different...And they kind of need to play positions a little more...So it was a fun game and we have a really great group of boys...I think we will have a great season....

1st Lion Football Game

Last night, the Lions got together to get their jerseys and get their helmets striped and ready for the big game today....They all just sat and waited patiently for their turn....
Kohen was super excited about it all
Can you tell he was ready to get that jersey...
He picked #13...My soccer number my entire life:)...What a sweet boy!
Then we were up and ready for the big game this morning against the Bulldogs...Daddy helping him get ready....
Warming up before the game....
He is so stinking cute...
Hitting drills
Kohen's two favorite cheerleaders...Chloe was in his KG class and Bella went to preschool with him and they were in KG last year together as well...But this year they are all 3 in different classes...
Kresee thinking she needed some gatorade on the sidelines before the game started
Lining up for the referees to check them out and go over names/numbers...
I told myself since Kohen's only time on the field was when he kicked off and then kick off return, that I wouldn't let myself get all worked up over a little football game....BUT as always, this game had me from the get go....

Kohen has his tee since we kicked off first...
Coach McAfee telling him where to kick the ball...
He had a great 1st kick...All I keep telling him is that it only has to go 10 yards;)
The Bulldogs scored a touchdown but missed the extra point...So it was 6-0...Here is Coach telling Kohen where to be when they kicked off to us...
The game went back and forth with no scoring for awhile....
Then with only 4 minutes left in the game, we scored the touchdown with the extra point to make it 7-6...I just knew we had won the game since no one had scored the whole time....
Kohen got to kickoff again and they ran the ball back for a touchdown...It was now 13-7 with not much time remaining...

We got a super late touchdown run with the extra point to make it 14-13...
Kohen kicked off for a 3rd time and we held them for the win...

  Shaking hands after the game....

That was crazy exciting and a lot of fun winning at the very end...They did a great job...Kohen did awesome kicking the ball:)

Labor Day Weekend

The dogs LOVED not having the kids carseats in the back on the way to the lake this past weekend...I pulled out a big comforter and Ellie slept the entire way down...
These two played a lot on Friday evening and Saturday...By Saturday afternoon, Ellie was a little over Sugar...But Sugar had no clue...She wore Ellie out!

The dogs are like Daddy do you want to play:)
This girl has been very good

Ellie giving her sugars to Kohen
Kresee watching some TV and being lazy
Hunter thinking he can hang with the young pups
They are enjoying laying next to each other when they need a nap...

Eventhough is was super hot outside, I don't know how he still enjoys baking in the sun...Especially with all his fur....I had to really stop and enjoy him this weekend...I know in my heart this was most likely his last trip to the lake...It breaks my heart and I cried just watching him lay here...He is so sweet and such a good dog...He is healthy right now, but just a very old man....

She slept great her first night with us...She whined and scratched in her crate for a few minutes but then did well all night...She hasn't had one accident and goes potty everytime we let her outside...
I laughed watching her outside on the back porch...She was very mesmorized by the boats and sea-doos...Something she's never seen before...Another first for her was the stairs...She had no idea how to go up them and then was terrified to go down them...But by the time we left 3 days later, she figured them out thank goodness:)
I was trying to get some pictures of her neck a week later...It's healing nicely...I was surprised at how good she looked when I picked her up on Friday....

I think we have a chewer...I need to tighten this harness b/c she keeps gnawing on it!
Kerry and Sugar taking a Sunday morning nap around 10 am...They were both out!
Of course Ellie loves her naps too...
Sugar did great this weekend with us...She is a really good dog...Not one accident...And she is sleeping great in her crate...Besides not realizing when Ellie is done playing, she seems like a pretty smart dog...She's just a crazy puppy though...Something I was not prepared for...I'm curious to see what the vet says about her age!
