Christmas Morning

After playing with the cousins all afternoon, Kohen and I baked Santa some cookies that evening...Of course, he has to have a couple or 10 before bedtime...
Kresee loves them too....BUT she was sooooo tired....

She couldn't keep from closing her eyes while trying to eat her cookies...poor thing:)

The kids didn't get up too early...Kohen was already in our bed...He has a habit of getting up about 6 and walking down the hall to crawl in our bed and goes right back to sleep...

I let him go and check out Santa before Kresee got up....Santa brought him a new TV for his room (his current one was so old and never really worked) and a set of Florida Gator football players...He loves that team as much as OU...
Kresee literally just woke up and I make her stand in front of her stuff...She has no idea what's going on but was great for a picture...Santa brought her a princess tent/tube thing and some shape puzzle box...

Kohen immediately needed to start playing with his Florida Gators....

Kresee got in that tent and had a ball....

But now it was time to open the stockings....Stockings were always my favorite thing growing up...My mom gave us the best stockings...So I enjoy buying for the kids stockings....

He got some new soccer guys to go along with his 3 million football guys and set of hockey guys...

Santa brought the kids recorders for their stocking...I don't know what Santa was thinking:)

Kohen got lots of new books in his stocking...Kresee got him some too...This kid can't get enough books..

He got a new remote control helicopter (like Daddy)...He loves flying it and does a great job...

She got a bathtime set for her baby dolls...She loves making hers sit on her potty so I thought this little ones for babies was too cute...

Playing with her new coffee maker and all the rest of the stuff on the couch that she got from her previous Christmases!

Kerry eating his cinnamon rolls...Our Sunday tradition that we also have on Christmas morning....Kerry gets a new coffee mug and mouse pad with the kids pictures on it every year....

Darth Vader:)...I got this super cheap right after Halloween and put it up for Christmas...

We played all day at the house before heading out to my Nana and Papa's that afternoon to open more gifts and eat dinner....

Christmas Eve--Afternoon

After morning presents, we all got dressed and headed over to Meme and Papa's house for our Mexican food lunch...It's my favorite--Pioneer enchiladas and then everything to go with it....Yummy!
Kresee got an etch-a-sketch...Kerry made a very elaborate design that he worked very hard on:)

Kohen got a Star Wars game that you just plug into the TV...I didn't even know about them...I knew the haircut place had something like that, but never really payed any attention...Well he loves it and has had a great time playing his video game....

Kresee was ready to go...Way past nap time...So she just laid on the living room floor....

Christmas Eve--Morning

Christmas Eve morning is always spent over at the Maroney's house...We wake up and leave in our PJ's to head to Maw and Papa's....Maw fixes breakfast and then we open presents...At some point, Santa always shows up to visit the kiddos before he heads back to the North Pole to get his sleigh ready....

Kohen got some more football helmets...He has the Big XII and plays with them constantly...now he has the NFL set....

"HO HO HO" was what we heard while opening presents...In walks Santa and the girls ran to Papa:)..

Kresee did not want to sit in his lap which was no surprise....She hated even being this close to him....

She did give him a high five (which I was surprised)

Since Kresee and Kenzie were NOT interested in Santa...This was the closest thing we could get to a cousin picture with Santa....Yes, Kresee always has her hand in my shirt for some reason:)

Kohen cracks me up because he talks all this talk...Then Santa shows up and for the 3rd year in a row, he barely says a word...Something comes over him and he can't talk!!!!...If only that happened more often:)

I got the boys those paper jams guitars...They really thought they were rock stars...Kohen really likes it...Kresee loves it too....

Kresee got more stuff in some purses...She "painted" her nails over and over...

We then got all ready to head to Kerry's grandparents house for lunch and afternoon gift opening....

Christmas--23rd

We spent Thursday the 23rd with my mom, sister and her husband Paul....Mike wasn't feeling too great...And with the kids and Kerry getting over a cold so we hated to be around Mike anyways...Christmas came to our house instead of mom's....My sister picked up yummy Olive Garden...Then the kids got started on their first round of gifts....

Kohen got a new pair of roller skates....FYI--if you have a kiddo that will be coming to Kohen's 5th bday party, you might want to start skating b/c it will most likely be at the Plex's new skating rink! Kresee got a few dress up clothes like minnie mouse and cinderella...with the high heels to match:)

And he got some more Star Wars stuff to add to his Star Wars collection....

Kresee got a tiera and all kinds of accessories....

Kohen got a lovely nerf gun (thanks Paul) and he had a great time shooting everyone....

It's as big as he is....

Grammie got her yearly picture calendar and mouse pad of the kids....

Kresee got a shopping cart that even holds your baby...She loves it....
