Fan Fest

Last night was Fan Fest out at the Stadium...Yes, we went in the 100+ degree heat to see the Hirschi Huskies, Rider Raiders and WFHS Coyotes...Of course, we stayed the whole time (6-7:15) since the Coyotes went last...Kohen enjoyed watching the bands and seeing all the football players...He is very ready for football season to start:)

Kresee is going to be a mess this year at the games...She didn't want to stand still...Went down all the stairs and back up them...And she really doesn't want your help...

Mommy & Kohen Day

Kohen and I went to Chuck-E-Cheese yesterday for a few hours...I wanted to spend one more day doing something fun with him before I start back to work on Monday...I tried doing something like this every week or two, but usually we just went to Castaway Cove...I had not taken him here because I really hate going...But I sucked it up and asked my friend Kelli to come with us...She brought her little boy Noah and baby Eli....It was nice having an adult to talk to while the boys ran around:)

Kerry joined us during his lunch break...He played this once and moved onto the basketball game...

He was determined to beat the high score of 150 and he did with a 174....Kohen loved standing by him and playing too....

I was hoping to take a picture of Kerry's basketball score but it didn't show up...Oh well...He was very proud of himself and got Kohen lots of tickets!

Fun Times

I stole this picture off of Ashley's blog!...I didn't bring my camera to Thana's 30th bday party...We had a great time and loved just hanging out and visiting with everyone (and we did a little dancing too)....

Line 'em up

Kresee now knows where I keep the play-dough....It's easily accessible, so she just helps herself...I don't mind because all she really does is drag them all out and lines them up on the kitchen table and then puts them all back in their bucket....Thank goodness she can't open them up (she can if she tries really hard) but she prefers just playing with the canisters anyways....

Papa's 76th

We went out to my Nana and Papa's tonight to celebrate my Papa's 76th birthday....Kresee had a good time with their dog, Bubba....All she said the entire time was "Here Bubba" because she was determined that he needed to eat like 3 bones at one time....Kohen went outside to climb the mountain (gravel pile)....We have such great memories of their place as kids...Climbing the dirt and gravel piles were highlights:)

Office Assistant

Kresee likes to get up on the counter in our study when I'm on the computer...She is perfectly happy sitting or laying there "writing" on a piece of paper...But she always ends up getting in trouble for pushing all the buttons on my keyboard:)

Swim Park

Kohen, Kresee and I loaded up on Friday with some family (Teresa, Julia and her 2 kiddos) to go to the IP Swim Park...We got there at 3:00, put our stuff down, got in the water for a whole 2 minutes and then we had to get out because they saw lightning in OK...Mandatory 30 mins out of the water...So we got the 4 kids to enjoy some snacks and sit down but then there was more lightning and the wind got cool and really started picking up...But they gave us a raincheck and we all headed to Kathy's for some angel and devil bites!!...So I was a happy camper....

Anyways, yesterday we went back with Daddy...And my mom and Mike's family came too...We had a great time...Didn't last long...Kohen was tired...On the way to IP, he started sneezing and I don't think he stopped sneezing for the next several hours??...His eyes are a little puffy today....

I only have one more week off so we hope to make another Castaway Cove and IP Swim park trip this week:)

I didn't get a picture but Kresee's favorite thing is to go and play with the lockers...She would stand there the whole time opening and shutting them...Thinks its fun when there is actually someone's things in there....But they have a huge fan in there when you come in...Kerry stood there and let it "blow-dry" her hair...It's pretty stong and she loved it!
